AussieKart is a Sydney-based business that sells curated kids products which include electric kids cars, toys & more. We partnered with them and helped them increase their revenue to 5-figure in 6 months.

The Challenge

When AussieKart. Partnered with SIMBAA, they wanted to build their website & generate online Sales. Being a small business based in Sydney, access to affordable & scalable web development & designing was tough. They went through a couple of freelance developers and were not satisfied with the outcome. They had a small initial budget but were directionless in leveraging the potential of digital marketing for their business.

Our Solution

We conceptualised the brand creatives to give a local feel to the website that would connect with the Australian audience. We built and optimised their website on Shopify to automate backend operations.
We integrated and automated a CRM, accounting & order management system. We also enabled automated review collections and email workflows on Klaviyo.

To enhance their Social media presence we tested and then scaled social media ads. We built a tribe of influencer marketers to promote their products.
