Urban Monkey is an Underground Street themed merchandise business based in Mumbai, India. The business grew from INR 30k/ month to INR 4.5 million in 3 years.

The Challenge

When Urban Monkey partnered with SIMBAA they were struggling to get the desired website ranking or getting any sales at all. They also had no access to web developers to make everyday changes. They had great product designs but not the right approach to reach the target persona.
