The Client

Office EQ is a Sydney-based company that sells office furniture through two of its sub-brands – JP Office Workstations & Rockdale Office Furniture. We partnered with them to scale both of their brands from $6.7 million to $13.3 million in 1.5 years.

The Challenge

Office EQ faced problems generating online sales due to its poor online presence and lack of robust sales processes and automation.

Our Solution

SIMBAA identified the online growth opportunities and suggested implementing a better sales process and running SEM and Email marketing campaigns. 

We streamlined the online sales process by putting in place sales systems, ERPs, business processes, automation, and augmented reality. We also conceptualised and implemented a large-scale digital Marketing Roadmap for Office EQ and managed over $1.2m annual budgets across online channels.
